Best Starting Industries in GeraTycoon (2026)
Published 21 April 2026 · 7 min read
Quick answer: Top three for a new player: GeraEats (fastest cycle), GeraRide (best synergy), GeraMarket (highest cheque per sale). Skip GeraSure and GeraCash in the first hour — they ramp slowly and need big capital.
GeraEats — fastest cycle
30-second cycle at level 1, small cheque per sale. Best starter: you can click your way through the first £100 in under 3 minutes. Unlock cost: £5. Ceiling: mid-tier.
GeraRide — best synergy
Opens the GeraEats synergy multiplier (+15% to every restaurant's revenue). Core of the early-game stack. Unlock cost: £750. Ceiling: high through mid-game.
GeraMarket — highest cheque per sale
Slower cycle (3 minutes) but 8× bigger cheque. Best combined with Managers so you're not staring at the screen waiting. Unlock cost: £5k. Ceiling: highest of the early-game three.
GeraClinic — reliable mid-game
Steady returns, insulated from economic downturns (which happen every 30 real minutes). Unlock cost: £25k. Strong through the late game. Sibling synergy with GeraSure.
GeraHome — balanced
Medium cycle, medium cheque, solid Manager. No strong synergy but no weaknesses either.
GeraLearn — slow starter, strong endgame
Unlocks the “education bonus” that upgrades every Manager by one tier — massive late-game multiplier. Skip in first hour, prioritise by hour 3.
GeraSure — skip early
Insurance revenue is delayed by 5 real minutes (claims ratio payouts). Only valuable after you have many other businesses running.
GeraCash — late-game only
Requires £250k to unlock and doesn't scale until you have the Finance Manager unlock. Not worth touching in the first 2 hours.
Late-game (post-first-Prestige)
After Prestige: open all 10 Gera industries, buy the synergy pack, and shift to the global-expansion mode. The game then turns into an optimisation puzzle.
